The sunshine has arrived – and it is going to be SCORCHIO today woohoo but ….. I will be at work all day :o(

I am busy busy busy so will finish post tonight. For some odd reason I offered to start work at 8am this month as a way of allowing patients to come in before work – what was I thinking!!!! Oh well, better go get myself sorted out for the day – see you later xxxx
