Howdy doody, ahhh .... you just can't beat a warm summer's afternoon can you. I have spent a bit of time catching up on the dreaded housework after what has been a really busy week preparing for the new releases on Crafter's Companion for the fab Spectrum Noir pens and the yummy new stamps (Humphrey and SWALK).

So now I can have some fun ..... loving a bit of music in the background to sing along to!

Now if you do not love this song I will be bitterly disappointed - one of my all time faves. I can remember going to discos when I was little and just adoring it ..... enjoy!

You know what to do by now - just post a tune on your blog .... grab my little logo and pop on your blog somewhere then add you post link to the little frog linky thing below (very technical rofl). Afternoon folks, oh dear … why does dancing til 4am seem like such a good idea at the time. Lost most of my day today by just lolling about doing nothing (plus having a little snooze). Thankfully this was a good excuse to slob on the sofa and watch ‘our Leann’ on Create & Craft …. in fact she is on right now. Have you managed to get hold of your new Spectrum Noir pens and Humphrey and SWALK stamps??????

Today’s the day!!!

Morning …… at last you do not have to wait any longer ….. brand new Humphrey and SWALK stamps will be available from today from Crafter’s Companion and I know there are a LOT of happy people about this :o)

Here is a real cutie from the new SWALK collection …… just too cute!! The papers are from the SWALK  Papercraft CD Rom 2 and are gorgeous. I have used Crafter’s Companion satin paper to print on and it is amazing – love the finish ….. feels and looks so fabulous.

I will pop the spectrum noir colours on after work – I know lots of you have been liking this on my posts so I promise to come back later on.

Humphrey holds the key to my heart

Good evening folks, here I am back again with another sneak for you ahead of the launch of brand new Humphrey and SWALK stamps. After much debate on the Crafter’s Companion Facebook Page it has been  ‘decided’ that I should share a Humphrey sneak peek with you all (isn’t that right Karen, rofl).

I love this stamp and was really pleased because I almost managed to achieve pleats on Humphrey’s mummy’s dress ….. it really doesn’t take much to make me happy does it!!

I was then really frustrated!!! I had the hairbrained idea of a heart and key charm for this card at almost midnight so I dug them out and started to attach them. Anyway, I dropped the key on the floor. I searchd for about 15 minutes (no word of a lie) but could I find it …. could I thump! I was muttering some right old words under my breath I can tell you. I had the brush out and had a sweep … just incase I was totally missing it, but no – it had vanished (and still has may I add). So …. got my charms back out and found another key but would you believe it – I dropped this one too whilst trying to attach it!!!! I cannot tell you what I said but it was a bit rude and not fitting for a lady! Thankfully, this one turned up under the printer of all places after a 5 minute hunt!! 

So I am a clumsy girl, losing 2 keys to my heart – I really do not deserve any love at all …. sob!

Enough waffle – I did threaten Karen with the woes of my tale and I always keep my promises, hahahahaha.

I just had a funny thought about this stamp but some things are best kept private lol. Needless to say I love it, as I do all of them. You can grab them tomorrow on the Crafter’s Companion website.

Morning all, yes ..... I am totally unorganised today (again) and have no links for you at the moment but you know I will sort this during my lunch break ... promise!

A little sneak peek and something to make life a little bit easier!

Good evening ….. what a busy day …. but good too as I thought it would be. Can’t really say anything about what I was up to first thing this morning …. ooh a secret … but hopefully if things go well I will be able to share in a couple of weeks. After that though I did a surprise visit to the lovely Sara and her gorgeous team up at Crafter’s Companion and dropped in some samples and returned Leann’s pens …. I had fun babysitting them :o)

As you know there is a new release of Humphrey and SWALK stamps at the end of the week and to celebrate there is a blog hop over on our Crafter’s Companion news blog …. so head over and take part – there is a great prize up for grabs but you have to go see for yourself!!

So here is a card with this adorable stamp – she is so pretty in her Crafter’s Companion colours …… in fact it could be one of them ….. they do like a little treat now and then lol.

Hi there, oh I am tired and have a mega busy day ahead so looks like no rest for the wicked for me ….. not complaining though cos got a couple of nice things lined up too :o)

Papertake Weekly – Sketch time!!!

I have used the beautiful Primrose Flower Fairy available from Crafter’s Companion. Isn’t she just so pretty. The papers are from the accompanying Fairyopolis CD Rom and is packed full of fabulous designs. I have used (surprise surprise) my new Spectrum Noir pens to colour my image and used mainly the yellow set …. how simple!! The gorgeous doily is made using the Die-namics High Tea Party Doily Die which is available from Tracy at Dies to Die For.
