I am feeling the need to start blogging again but feel nervous ...... It has been so long. I doubt I even know what to do any more.

First make of the year

Happy new year everyone. I hope you had a lovely time over the holidays. Can I just mention how awful the floods have been. There has been flooding all around me. Thankfully I was not affected but I know lots who were, it has just been awful.  

Onto happier things and here is my first make of the new year. It is a simple crochet bobble hat. It is such an easy hat to make and by doing the single crochet into the back of the loop it resembles a ribbed effect.

I love this wool.  Think I will make a matching scarf and mitts to go with it.  Right, that's it for now - hope to be back soon xxx
