Hello folks, it is time for another brand new challenge so I hope you can join us this week on Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog. Our theme this week is ANYTHING GOES!!!!

The design team are all using products by Lawn Fawn and Unity Stamps this week ….

Another card that is very different for me – no cute little characters but it is good to try something else. I was thinking that I could have masked a little character next to this and that would have been nice so I might do that another time. Can I just say how fab these stamps are – they are already mounted onto ezimount and the stamp sheet is die cut so you just pop your stamp out and you are good to go – genius!!!

Music Saves My Soul Saturday - remembering Freddie

Good morning to a very windy morning in the UK ...... it is the weekend again already and I am off ALL weekend woop woop. I am travelling to see my son perform this evening and I am really looking forward to it. He is also performing a solo so it will be another proud momma moment!

I wasn't sure what song to share today so delved deep inside my brain and came up with this little gem -  hope you enjoy .....

Lili of the Valley – Anything Goes

Afternoon to you all, OMG I have just got up after my last night shift. Had a much longer sleep than I planned so I hope I sleep tonight – I am sure I will. Days off for me now so I have xome time planned with my family plus lots of crafty time just for me too!!!!

It is also a brand new challenge today on Lili of the Valley Challenge Blog and the theme is Anything Goes – nice and easy!! Just remember you must use a Lili of the Valley stamp if you want to qualify for the prize.

This gorgeous stamp is from the latest release and is called ‘Never too old for a hug’ and comes with the free sentiment shown. I really adore these stamps so much – cute and girly, right up my street. I have teamed it with some really pretty papers form Bo Bunny’s Crazy in Love paper pad that I got from Simon Says Stamp Online Store ….. these are going to be used a lot when I start making my Valentine cards and anniversary cards etc.

Simon Says …. Tag it!

Hi folks, wow – it seems ages since I made a card, I really need some crafty time I think. Looking forward to a week off that I have booked in December – there are so many new stamps and products I want to use.

Anyway, it is Wednesday which means time for a brand new challenge for you all from Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog. Our theme this week is Tag It! The Design Team have all used tag dies which are available from Simon Says Stamp Online Store.

I am really in love with the sweet stamps be Nellie Snellen ……. how pretty is this little fairy. Music Saves My Soul Saturday

Good morning music lovers .... yes it is true .... I am on time for Music Saves My Soul!!!!!! Do not faint!!! I am actually sorting my post BEFORE work so hopefully the scheduled post will go ahead without a hitch today. I still need to visit you all for the past couple of weeks but have a special space to do that later tonight so be prepared for some loving coming your way!

This weeks song was really easy to choose. Hubby and I are currently working our way through the box set of Scrubs - love the humour in this!!! Anyway, this song was on one of the episodes and I had forgotten how much I loved it ..... enjoy! Must dig out their cd for my car I think!

I am feeling greedy today so have decided to share another great song by Keane .... love the lyrics ......

Good evening folks, well …. I am not sure what Mr Blogger is up to but my post that I had scheduled has completely vanished so here I am reposting for you. I am seriously thinking about switching to wordpress but I don’t know if I fancy learning from scratch again.

Anyway, this weeks challenge for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog is Thanksgiving/ Thanks. The DT are all showcasing Hero Arts products.

I have gone completely out of my comfort zone for this card and to be honest, I am not really loving it but I do love the clean and simple look ….. I really need more practice I think!

Evening folks, oh my word I can hardly believe I am back at work tomorrow, my days off seem to fly! I am late again with Music Saves My Souls so I can only apologise ..... I might get a little template set up and make things more organised in the future!

Sundays with Crissy - Little Christmas Angel

Simon Says … Photo Inspiration

Hi there folks, almost finished my night shifts …. one more to do so so I am going to go and snuggle in bed for the day whilst you are all busy doing your work and crafting. I will have a few days off after this so looking forward to that :o)

This week on Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog we have a photo to inspire you. As soon as I saw it I knew which stamp I wanted to use. You can use it for inspiration in any way though – even using the colours if you want to.

As you can see though I have used poppies as my inspiration – I am developing a little crush on these House Mouse stamps and I think I might be ordering a few more in the future. They are so cute and really easy to colour too. I know my fellow teamie Lols has a bit of an addiction going on with these little guys and now I know why! I am also totally hooked on Kaiser Craft papers ….. You can’t really tell in this picture but the red paper is glazed. Their packs usually come with glazed, foiled and glittered papers and usually some die cut matching borders too – I love them big time!!!!

Morning, yes I know it is Monday and I am 2 days late but I hope you don't mind and still play along. Yep, time for Music Saves My Soul!!

A couple of weeks ago I put up a song to say goodbye to Westlife so this week I thought I would say hello to a group which has recently reformed. Oh yes, hello again to Steps!!!! I have to secretly admit to loving Steps - I even saw them in concert, lol. I just love the upbeat tunes even if they are cheesy - I don't care!!!!!

I was in HMV the other day and they were playing Steps - it was so odd to hear them again but it certainly put me in a great mood for my shopping trip.

Simon Says ……. Button it!

Good morning, Wednesday already …… I am at work later but just a short shift today – never thought I would describe an 8 hour shift as that, lol … how times have changed!!!!! A couple of days off after that though, so I should catch up with a bit of DT work and then …… Ryan is home for the weekend :o)

I won’t get to see him much though because I am working and he has a CD recording but at it will be nice to see him even if it is only for a little while.

I really loved making this card – isn’t this Mo Manning stamp so sweet!! I have computer generated the sentiment because I wanted to include the button as part of the message. It does not have to be a christmas card, any wintery card is fine.

My card is made using the super cute Humphrey’s Corner die cut decoupage which is so quick and easy to use. I have also used the Collall Glue Gel which is perfect for decoupage and gives fab dimension and no horrid smell like some other glues can.
