Hi everyone, I have been meaning to have a blog candy for a little while but have decided what better reason than to celebrate my birthday on 11th May. I have met so many lovely, generous and kind people through blogging that it is so nice to be able to give a little something back.

Your candy is great and I could use all of these items for my classes at the senior center. All of it is volunteer and so that is why I enter candys. I donate my time and the ladies and I make cards that 1/2 of them go into a box. Then every quarter, this box goes to a local charity that gives goodie bags to shut ins and Hospice patients. You know, things like shampoo, toothpaste, and sometimes even a holiday dinner, complete with handmade paper table cloths, and decorations that fit the occasion.
