Just Magnolia #3 / Stamp Something... for mum

<

Hi there, I am finally here. So sorry I have been awol. I have been up all night with horrific toothache - it has been bad for a few days but peaked last night. Got about 2 hours sleep and spent the rest crying ... what am I like! Anyway, abandoned work half way through the morning and saw the dentist so hopefully the antibiotics will work soon :o)

Onto happier things and wow, week 3 already on Just Magnolia !!!! Bev has created a delicious sketch for us all to play with and boy oh boy did I love this!! We are sponsored by Simon Says Stamp this week and have a $25 voucherfor one lucky person.

Here is my take on Bev's sketch. I have used K&Co papers and my gorgeous new Martha Stewart Embossed Scallop punch from Dies To Die For .

I have used my woodware and x cut punches for the flowers and my EK Success punch for the gorgeous swirls.

It was brilliant to see so many of you joining in last week. Please join us again and remeber to check out the DT's gorgeous creations!

Well, it is a happy month and a sad month for us all at Stamp Something . It is a year since the challenge blog beganwhich is amazing but sadly we are losing 4 of the original DT members. Every week we get to 'case' one of the DT's blogs and be inspired by their fabulous creations. We will also be looking for new DT members too (check out the blog!!).

This week we get to create something for mum whilst casing ....

It was so difficult to only choose 1 card, so many are just fabulous on her blog but in the end I chose this beauty.

Here is my take on her gorgeous card. I am a bit disappointed with my version but tooth was really playing up and I am just glad I managed to make one!

I have been really naughty and used a load of freebies from a magazine - they are really pretty in real life anda nice quality.

We are holding a DT Call all month, so to apply just put DT next to your entry and then Denise and Erin can have a look at your lovely creations.

Have a nice weekend and enjoy the Bank Holiday
