Just Magnolia - A sketch

Good morning and a little cheer from me .... it's Friday at last!!!! Saw a glimpse of the sun yesterday afternoon so feeling hopeful for today .... I hope the sun returns. We have a nice challenge for you all this week on Just Magnolia so I hope you all join in. It is a fab sketch by our lovely Mina and it is great to work with - I love it!!

I have used one of my favourite Tilda's ..... she was part of the christmas release but can be used for almost anything I think.

Morning .... yet another dreary day here .... where oh where has summer gone????? Not to worry, we have something to brighten your day here at Lili of the Valley challenge ..... yes thats right - a new challenge and it is a wonderful sketch!!! fathers day bear

So this great image is from Dies to Die For and he is Popcorn the Bear 'Father's Day' set. Now did you know the gorgeous Jacqui coloured the images on the packaging .... you clever girlie!!! Because the stamp is so large very little is needed however they fit perfectly on the Martha Stewart punch around the pages punches.

Just Magnolia - special monthly challenge

Wow, what a gorgeous day it is here today - doesn't the warm weather put you in a fabulous mood. It is like an oven in my craft room though (up in the loft) so I will keep this short and sweet. Sorry for the delay in my post - I ran out of time before work yesterday and then I went out with hubby for a drink. Oh well, better late than never. It is a great challenge this week on Just Magnolia set by the lovely and oh so talented Mindy - she has made a fabulous tutorial so I hope you can all join in ......

Materials

I have used another beautiful stamp from my most recent kits and she is called Tilda with apple and she is just so 'Snow White' don't you think. My colours were taken from this incredible paper from Dies to Die For and the are oodles to chose from in the GCD Studios Eye candy 12x12 pack. I love my Martha Stewart Loop punch and my corner dies which I seem to have had forever now. Flowers are a mixture from Tabby crafts and also Wild Orchid Crafts too. Don't forget Tracy at DTDF also sells Copics which is just as well because 3 of my pens ran out this week! Can't remember where I got my lace from - sorry.

 Good morning, wow I can hardly believe it is time for another fab challenge on Simon Says Stamp!!! I am thrilled to be back for a second week. I just love the cute images you can get from The Greeting Farm and this one is from the set called Buddies which is currently in stock at SSS. I have dragged out my good old trusty male papers by DCWV and finished off with a diecut sentiment and card candy - easy peasy!

I can't believe I haven't posted since I went to see Lady Gaga last week - OMG she was just amazing! What a performer, I am in complete awe. She can sing and dance and well, just entertain like very few other artists at the moment. I would love to go back and see her again. I was having a play on the computer, stuck my face on this pic of gaga and came up with this piccy - think I will stick it on my fridge to help me shift those last few pounds!

I have this as my profile pic on Facebook and am rather flattered that a few of my friends thought it was really me ..... *sigh* .... if only!
